If there was a magic reset button we could press whenever we are feeling anxiety, depression, lethargy or any other low energy vibe, I’d be all for it. We all would, right?

See, whatever is going  on in your mind you invite into your physical realm so it wouldn’t take me long to realize that your inner world looks like a war zone when your outer world is a live battle field.

Knowing that, you must create a go-to toolbox to help elevate your vibe so your inner and outer worlds are in harmony.

It doesn’t have to be hard, like everything else it takes deliberate consistent moment-to-moment practice.

Although I don’t have a magic reset button for all the low energy vibes, I do have something that will do the trick. All you need is a shower + five minutes to spare and BAM you’re good to go.

Numbing and ignoring negative emotions isn’t really my style so using this therapy as such can be more like sweeping dirt under the rug.

What I do recommend is using this therapy to start your day in a great mood, reset stagnant energy, feel good for no reason, or to prevent you from going into negative downward spiral.

The cool mood booster is called Hydrotherapy, it is a therapy completely backed by science to help you regulate depressive or anxious states.

Watch the video to learn how easily it is done.

Easy peasy, right?

Give it a try and let me know what you think in the comments below.

Before you go here are some other juicy facts on the benefits of cold showers:

  • Decrease in the stress hormone cortisol
  • Detoxes the body
  • Stimulates oxygen flow
  • Treats sleep disorders
  • Improves skin and muscle tone
  • Stimulates blood supply therefore improving organ function
  • Boost your immune system

Pretty great benefits to get in five minutes or less, right?

Tons of love,
