If there was a magic reset button we could press whenever we are feeling anxiety, depression, lethargy or any other low energy vibe, I’d be all for it. We all would, right?

See, whatever is going  on in your mind you invite into your physical realm so it wouldn’t take me long to realize that your inner world looks like a war zone when your outer world is a live battle field.

Numbing and ignoring negative emotions isn’t really my style so using this therapy as such can be more like sweeping dirt under the rug.
