Want emotional freedom? Do this.

Last weekend I attended training that transformed my life. I walked into the place on Thursday at 8 am with an open mind and walked out on Sunday at 8 pm a completely different person.

I feel that after what I learned, things just clicked and it all makes complete sense. It’s like someone hacked into my brain and connected a few wires that were hanging pretty loose.

With that change, came a more enhanced, more focused, brighter, high- definition view on life and the world around me.

As much as I would love to share everything I learned in a four-day 12-hour training with you, I am finding it impossible to do so in just one blog post.

I will, however, share with you the overall message I took from this training.

What I learned this past weekend is that life is only as easy or hard as we make it out to be. But you already know that, right?

Here’s the thing, any problem you are facing today or have ever faced in your life was there to teach you something about yourself.

However long it takes you to resolve your problems depends on how fast you are willing to get out of your own way to learn from them.

See, I am not in the personal growth industry; I am in the business to help you create happiness. And there is only one way to create happiness:    Let go of your baggage.

Baggage= Limiting Beliefs

Limiting Beliefs = Sh*t that holds you back

Limiting beliefs are set in place to do one thing, which is to keep you miserable. When you buy into these beliefs, when you identify with them, when you protect them as your own, you are no longer living as your true self. You are letting fear take the wheel and drive.

Happiness is when you are in control of your own state. Happiness doesn’t mean you will never have a problem. Happiness doesn’t mean “bad” things won’t happen to you. Happiness means that you can now navigate through rough waters with poise and ease.

Say a part gets loose under the hood of your car, are you going to get down on your knees and scream to the heavens, “Whhhhhyyyyyyyy?!” Then let that from letting you drive your car again?

Of course not, you will find the right tool for the part, screw it tight and get on with your life. If you don’t know how to fix it then you will get help from someone who does, right?

Same with life, sometimes these little loose screws tend to be the end of us. Happiness is when you find the right tool for the problem and get on with your life.

The major takeaway from my training this past weekend is that we must all get to really know ourselves and learn about as many tools as possible to tighten the screws that get a little loose from time to time.

I have dedicated my life to teach you all the tools I know to get my life where it is now. I have been down to the deepest darkest crevices of life and come back stronger and more powerful because of these tools I teach on my posts.

I continue to invest in learning more tools, not only for myself but to pass them on to you.

Now the ball is your court, what are you doing with the tools that have gathered not only here, but in other places?

Are you going to get down on your knees and scream to the heavens or are you going to use your tools and get on with your life?

The answer is within you…

Tons of love,

Sol
