2 Stunning Mind Tips to Get Fit- Or Reach Any Goal at Record Speed

You might’ve been casually scrolling down your Instagram feed when your thumb came to a screeching halt at the sight of a pic of me posing shamelessly in a skimpy bikini in the Caribbean somewhere recently.

No, my account hasn’t been hacked and no, all my disrobed photos haven’t been spread all over social media against my will.

I must confess: I’ve been secretly making it my mission to flaunt and show off what my momma gave me.

I know! It is so not like me.

Why, you ask?

Well lets see, I have diminished the appearance of my cellulite, I finally broke up my co-dependent relationship with my stretchy pants, and oh yeah, it’s all because I dropped almost 20 lbs and got fit as I stated that I would in my 2015 new years resolution.

BAM. Let the celebrations commence!

But, yes here comes the big but, I payed a hefty price for it.

My new fit bod ensued after an extremely humiliating experience (more on that later) + an ultra powerful life lesson.

Prior to the weight loss, I had been experiencing some serious denial about my close to 20 lb weight gain.

Quite honestly, I didn’t want to come up with a plan and I didn’t want to put in the work.

I just wanted the problem to go away on it’s own.

I realized that I had to get real with myself + use some ninja skills on my brain (skills on the video), but nonetheless, I reached one of my burning desires to get a fit body to parade around in at the beach.

Seriously, who would’ve thought I would rekindle my relationship with crop tops?!
